What are the shipping fees ?
For orders of $100 or more, delivery is free anywhere in Canada*. For other orders, a flat fee of $11.99* will be applied.
*Additional charges may apply for remote area shipping. See details in the section below.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes, it is possible to pick up your order at our offices.
When confirming your order, enter the promotional code "PickUp". A discount of $11.99 will be applied to your order.
You will receive an email in the following days confirming that your order is ready for pickup.

What are the delivery times ?
We deliver anywhere in Canada. The delivery time varies between 2 and 5 business days for major centers and their surroundings and can go up to 10 business days in remote areas.
Fees for remote areas
Additional transport costs may be required for deliveries to remote areas where transport must be done by plane. A representative will contact you after you complete your order if this is the case.
